Most recently, Vinod was Co-founder and Executive Director of Impact Hub Ottawa, the largest multi-sector environment and community for social and civic innovation in Canada’s capital. He also recently oversaw an innovative organizational and core offering development process as the founding Managing Director of Rideau Hall Foundation, a unique Canadian institution which helps to catalyze and align ideas, people and resources to move the Canadian spirit forward.

Vinod has co-founded and led multiple ventures, and thrives in working with organizations with an ambition to significantly advance the way they generate innovation for impact. He has a rich history of developing and leading innovation platforms in not-for-profit, private, philanthropic, and cross-sector contexts. Trained as an aerospace engineer, with demonstrated experience in public policy and as an entrepreneur, Vinod combines solid knowledge in innovation thinking and practice, an outcomes-oriented mindset, with entrepreneurial energy, agility, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
